You will select your structural options at the time of entering into a purchase agreement. The choices vary per plan but can consist of sun room, screened or covered porch, bonus suite, walk-up attic storage, or 3 car garage. You will then choose a convenient time for the fun appointment of selecting options and colors.  This normally takes 1-2 hours.  If you want any custom options that will be followed-up with a later appointment once purchasing receives pricing.
